Arnon Amir is Founder and President of GrowthPoint Business Consulting.  Arnie’s mission is to leverage his 30+ years of sales leadership and business development experience to assist business owners in overcoming their toughest challenges and enabling them to plan, execute and achieve the vision they have for the growth of their business.

Arnon has led successful sales teams for small and large companies in markets such as Healthcare, Fire and Security, as well as other high-tech businesses.  He has also been part of a senior management team on the corporate level, which has enabled him to witness firsthand how goals properly aligned throughout an organization contribute to its growth.  These experiences have confirmed his conviction that top performing companies benefit by striking a balance between superior engineering and new product development with a focused marketing and sales strategy, all leading to consistent customer satisfaction and achievement of revenue and profit objectives.
