Working alongside a visionary leader of a global business network for women, co-founding a startup accelerator, angel investing, accepting an interim CMO role with an emerging tech company, adjunct professor, writing a book, advisor to NZ entrepreneurs, launching a podcast - these are all part of her ongoing networked career journey.
Kelly has appeared on CNBC’s Power Pitch, co-created and moderated a speaker series at Apple, and contributed to media publications such as The New York Times, Forbes, Fast Company, and Inc.  Kelly is currently at work on her second book, focused on the networks women need to build for career success.

Justin Reitman is the Co-Founder of Tech Shredders and  Director of Business Development at Intek Leasing in Roseland, NJ.  He is a former lawyer who took the long path to working in the family business.  His entrepreneurship journey started in a law school classroom of all places, where he developed note taking software.  A few years after law school, he joined Caviar as an early employee, helping the food delivery app grow their New York market and acquisition to Square.  In 2015, after a brief stint with his own food delivery app, he decided to join the family at Intek.
Justin is the second generation to work in the business, joining his brother Adam and father Billy who started Intek in 1986.  Intek provides truck financing and equipment leasing programs to small and medium businesses. Many of the industries they serve work with highly specialized vehicles like heavy duty tow trucks, car carriers, mobile shredding trucks, and tri-axel dump trucks.  After successfully launching in 2005 and selling in 2018 “SafeShredding” (a mobile paper shredding company), Justin and Adam launched Tech Shredders, a hard drive shredding and electronic recycling service. 
Justin currently splits his time between Intek and Tech Shredders, focusing on sales and business development at both.  Intek has given Justin and his family the opportunity to enter new markets and expand their business beyond just leasing more trucks.

Another PodMAX Interview!  Amber Fuhriman is an attorney, speaker, success architect, and podcaster.  She is the Owner and Attorney at Fuhriman Law, a Law Firm she operates in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Amber practices Criminal Defense and Immigration Law.  She graduated from Law School in Michigan and immediately moved to Vegas to being her career. 
Throughout her educational and professional career, Amber always thought there would be a moment where everything would fall into place, as she calls it, her “I’ll be happy when moment.”  When that moment never came, Amber started to realize her entire identity had been tied up in being an attorney and chasing accomplishments to fill a void that accomplishments could never fill.  Amber’s road to becoming a success architect began in 2016 when she dug into personal development.  Since 2016, Amber has pushed the boundaries of her self-imposed physical and mental limitations, living outside her comfort zone as much as possible and learning about how the mind works and how our limiting beliefs affect our success. 
In 2020, Amber became a Certified Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a Certified Master Practitioner in Integrated Timeline Techniques.  She is also a Success Mastery Academy Certified Coach.  Now, in addition to practicing law, Amber is a Success Architect!  She works with “serial accomplishers” like her former self to help them gain clarity what they actually want, define what their best life looks like and helps them get out of their comfort zone to achieve their dreams.

Richard Bliss Brooke went from chicken chopper to CEO, according to Success magazine in its 1992 cover story, an issue that outsold every issue in the 100-year history of the magazine.  He was only 36 years old when Success magazine featured his journey from earning $3.05 an hour cutting chickens for Foster Farms to creating millionaires from his sales training and performance coaching.
Had it not been for an obscure management decision by Foster Farms – they would not promote anyone who did not have a college degree – Richard would have recently retired from a 40-year career at the processing plant.  Instead, he pivoted and built a nationwide sales organization of 30,000 people by the time he was 28 and went on to build two global companies over the next 35 years.
As a keynote speaker, he has wowed audiences of over 10,000 and shared the stage with Tony Robbins, Sir Richard Branson, Bob Proctor, John Maxwell, and many others. As an author, he has written three books and hundreds of articles and blogs.

Lauren owns Gale Force Media, where she serves as the Publisher and Editor-In-Chief of The Westfield Leader and The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Times newspapers and This Is Westfield magazine. She is the first female publisher in the 131-year history of The Leader.
