Elliot and Dominic, two entrepreneurial brothers, have taken the business world by storm over the last few years. Together they have built a group of successful agencies across the UK and the US through a combination of growth and strategic acquisitions. The agencies operate under Chapman Capital and include a B2B growth agency that has worked with some of the world’s largest tech brands, a podcast booking agency that has booked guests in over 2,200 podcast episodes with 700+ hosts, a TV ad agency in London, and a full-service marketing agency.
Elliot has been running businesses since the age of 20. He helped set up a local soccer school in Bournemouth and managed to grow it into the number 1 regional coaching program. He was later headhunted by the biggest amateur soccer club in the US and appointed Director of Coaching in Boston. Elliot also ran the family business, an IT management consultancy, where he helped take it from a £2.5m to a £5m+ business. Since 2019, Elliot has been involved in Chapman Capital and various other ventures.
Dominic’s entrepreneurial journey began when he became head of innovation at Specsavers at the age of 19. He built one of the healthcare apps still used in stores today before starting his first two businesses, a design agency, and a clothing brand. Dominic launched Stemx, a tech platform in the recruitment space, and raised £400k from angel investors. The platform ran over 10,000 video interviews in 10 countries. Since 2019, Dominic has been involved in Chapman Capital, Social Chaps, Speak on Podcasts, FKC London, Low & Behold, and Agencyfinance.io.
Elliot and Dominic have combined their expertise and experiences to build a thriving business empire. They continue acquiring more agencies that service clients globally and will announce their new ventures over the coming months.

April Moss is a market and retail strategy expert with more than 20 years of experience developing sales teams with some of the largest global companies, including Procter & Gamble and Starbucks. It was at Procter & Gamble where April and Rob met. Prior to starting her career with P&G, she worked for the Construction Specification Institute in Washington D.C., fueling her interest in real estate development. Like Rob, Founder/CEO, April watched her father struggle as a sub-contractor. Those struggles were one of the reasons her father ended his own life when she was nine. Construction has 4-5x more suicides than any other industry. While working as a gas controller in corporate America for TransCanada in Houston, Chad Price discovered that corporate America wasn’t sustainable for him long term and he wanted to start his own business. Seeing the inner workings of a large corporation gave him the impetus to start his own e-commerce focused business. Along with two partners, they narrowed down their product list and settled on kettlebells. At the time, it wasn’t a known space but was a growing market. He desired to build kettlebells as the centerpiece of a health and wellness community and started the first BIPOC owned Kettlebell company, “Kettlebell Kings” which is like the ESPN of the kettlebell world; a place to foster a community of people using kettlebells as the centerpiece of fitness; take everyone's content alongside their uniquely created content and display it in a way that's easy for people to consume and feel part of a community.
In business, he can be as competitive as he wants and not worry like he did on the sports field, when he was at Rice University.
After ten years, Chad’s first venture Kettlebell Kings was acquired by Razor Group for millions of dollars.
He then went on to create and start “Life Grows Green” as a side project that he started as a result of negative images and culture around hemp plants. Being a big believer in natural and green products which is naturally encompassed in Hemp, he tried to make products just from natural based products. Products include CBD related capsules, oils, tinctures, salves, peanut butter, honey, melatonin and protein powder and LGG has made them available direct to the online consumer.

It all started when his son, Benji, was born. Chris needed to earn a 2nd income so his wife could provide "mommy-care" rather than "day-care".

When Covid hit, Ben was furloughed from work. He found himself down and out, staring at an empty handle of Jim Bean Whiskey. He was unemployed, depressed, and felt unworthy.
Hesitantly, he opened his Macbook and started reaching out to strangers on Linkedin. This spearheaded his entrepreneurial journey.
The rest is history.
