Pete has had his pilots’ license since 1979, which includes an aerobatic rating, and is am rated on all single engine aircraft
He once ran himself so hard in an ultra-marathon, that he ran himself into the ground literally, and ended up in hospital in intensive care for 5 days
Pete has been involved in 4 major crashes that should have ended his life.  Once in a Police car at 80mph, once on his motorbike at 60mph, once running the ultra-marathon at 5mph, and once in a jetboat on a braided river hitting a bank at 25mph.
Since then Pete has decided to run multiple businesses and mentor business owners as a quieter option!

Jeroen (yer-own) Corthout is co-founder and CEO of Salesflare, an intelligent CRM built for SMBs selling B2B, mostly popular with agencies and fast growing startup companies.
Jeroen started off in a marketing job at Baxter to get experience before starting his own company, but quickly felt that corporate life was not for him. Neeta Shah is passionate about all things start up and as a result, partners with CEOs and founders to optimize cash flow, accelerate growth and be ready for exit. Neeta has 20 years of global experience in finance, FP&A and operations, whilst leading teams, rolling up her sleeves and delivering high impact results. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers' Assurance and Advisory services in London and Sydney. She subsequently joined BlackRock in London and later New York, where she worked on Finance initiatives for the Technology business. She also worked with Citigroup's Global Consumer Bank Finance, based in New York and focused on digitization and automation.
Neeta has a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a CFA charterholder.

Dennis Mikula, Jr. is the Executive Vice President of Mikula Contracting, Inc., a 75 year old excavation and demolition company.  Mikula was named New Jersey Family Business of the Year for 2020 by FDU Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.  Dennis implements and develops the corporate strategic plan, evaluates market positions, economic outlook, industry trends, client base, and growth potential for his company that is located in Clifton, New Jersey. 
 
 
Dennis also serves on the Board of Directors as the Vice President of the New Jersey Land Improvement Contractors Association.  In addition to his positions in the construction field, Dennis has been coaching football on both the college and high school levels for over 20 years and is currently serving as the Offensive Coordinator at Kean University.

Ever since Devinne Bravoco was born, she has planned events with her first event at age five and then continuing on into her professional life.  Devinne started her career planning notable weeklong charity events.  She started a charity, Pray for Paris, and planned events and fundraisers to raise money for a child battling cancer.

Devinne began her professional career at OppenheimerFunds, Inc. as an intern in corporate events.  There she worked her way up to Assistant Vice President with one direct report in a team of six and focused on conferences ranging from one day to one week long throughout the US.  She was nominated for BAM (Building Active Managers) program which acknowledged top performing individuals in the company.  Devinne was the lead manager for corporate events planned by our CEO, CIO and top Portfolio Managers.
In 2018, Devinne and her fiance started a local residential redevelopment company, Just Divine Properties LLC, located in Central NJ that purchases, renovates and sells beautifully designed homes.  They work with sellers who need to get out of their current situation, buy their house in cash, close quickly and renovate the home to help improve the community.  In May 2019, Devinne left her corporate job and pursued Just Divine Properties LLC full time.
Some of the most distinguished companies Devinne has worked with are: Barron’s Magazine, Tribeca Film Festival, PGA, Mass Mutual, Bloomberg, Forbes, NYSE, JP Morgan, American Heart Association, PNC, United Nations, Boys and Girls Club and celebrities such as Daniel Boulud, Morimoto and Cal Ripken Jr. 
Previous roles consisted of working at Walt Disney World, AT&T and The Madison Square Garden Company.  In February 2020, Devinne started her position at On Air Brands as Director of Marketing and Events.  Devinne received her BA in Communication with a minor in Human Resources from Rutgers University, in New Brunswick, NJ.
